Multiple memory leak fixes
Band list is now generated from an xml file to prevent crashing on initial load due to poor network connection
Created multiple entries by year for bands with lots of shows to improve performance
Using the play button now adds a show to the history
Awaking the app from sleep now always displays the proper currently playing track
